1. Orders and Acceptance

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order until payment has been received and the order has been processed.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Payment must be made in full before products are shipped or made available for pickup.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time. If such corrections affect your order, you will be notified and given the option to proceed or cancel.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for redelivery or address corrections.
  • Products are shipped curbside unless otherwise specified. The customer is responsible for unloading and moving materials to their final location.

5. Inspection and Acceptance of Goods

  • It is the customer's responsibility to inspect products upon delivery. Any claims for damage, shortage, or incorrect items must be reported at the time of delivery and noted on the carrier's receipt.
  • Failure to make a claim at delivery constitutes acceptance of the order as-is.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of natural stone and building materials, returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered.
  • If returns are permitted under special circumstances, materials must be in their original condition, and restocking fees as well as return shipping costs may apply.
  • Custom orders and special cuts are non-refundable.

7. Product Variations

  • Natural stone and related materials may vary in color, texture, veining, and other characteristics. Such variations are inherent and not considered defects.
  • Samples are provided as a general representation only; they do not guarantee exact matching of color or pattern in delivered materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability for defective products is limited to replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price, at our discretion.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor, installation, or project delays.

9. Warranties

  • Except as expressly stated, products are sold "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the company is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version posted on this Site at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction.
